An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until March 31, 2018
This 60-minute stroller fitness class led by Jen McDonald caters to moms of all fitness levels and stroller-age children. Classes incorporate cardio, strength and core for a total body workout. In case of inclement weather, the class moves indoors to the Athletic and Activity Center on Grove Street. The first class is free.
