Abstracts in Acrylic with Diane Dean

Students will learn to loosen up their painting style, paint with more freedom, and be more spontaneous and expressive.  Diane Dean will demonstrate how to build a foundation of structure using shape, value, color, and composition.  A variety of abstract styles will be explored.  Each day includes instructor discussion, a painting demonstration, student painting time, and critiques of students’ work.  Students will work with both brushes and pallet knives.
