Fall is a time of transition. Ayurveda considers a seasonal
routine an important cornerstone of health. We will discuss ways to be in balance with nature through diet, cooking herbs and daily routines. We will enjoy a light lunch of kitchari, and you will leave with a few easy recipes for Fall/Winter as well as a kitchari kit to make your own nourishing meal.
