An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Thursday, repeating until December 31, 2017
Lorna Dever leads a weekly exercise class using body and spirit aerobics videos by Dick Nunez of the Black Hills Health and Education Center. Each session lasts 30 minutes and is designed for all ages and fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water and a hand towel.
