Bokwa is a different approach to group exercise where participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays features dance fitness from 10-10:50am. Tuesdays and Thursdays offers a boxing dance format from 5:30-6:20pm.
