Botany by Family

Ethnobiologist Marc Williams leads a botany intensive that focuses on the families of plants commonly found in southern Appalachia. The class covers the differences in how plants look regarding leaves, flowers, fruits, and other parts and how this may help in proper identification. Pre-registration is required. Call 828-252-5190.
