Students in this workshop will learn the principles of breadmaking and make pecan caramel sticky buns, nine-grain loaf, and Italian crusty bread. Students need to bring one large Tupperware-like bowl and cover. The instructor will provide other materials. The workshop will be held at the instructor’s home in Mill Spring.
