Come eat like the boarders would have in the Johnson Farmhouse. Professional chef Lisa Wilson of Savoring Thyme Personal Chef will provide a meal that Aunt Sallie herself might have cooked. The evening will start with a tour of the house focusing on the typical summer boarder’s experience. Then guests will sit down to eat a delicious meal. The menu will include pork tenderloin with herbed cream sauce, scalloped tomatoes, maple pecan green beans, corn fritters, and pound cake and ice cream. The cost is $100 per couple, and reservations and payment must be made in advance. Proceeds support Historic Johnson Farm.
