Capturing Wild Cultures in the Kitchen

Living Web Farms presents a workshop that looks at how to initiate wild fermentation interactions without dependence on outside sources in the creation of many different fermentations. The workshop covers lactic acid fermentation, vinegar starters, and how to develop and care for a sourdough starter. A donation of $10 is suggested.
