Fermentation Show and Tell

FreeLiving Web Farms of Mills River and the French Broad Food Co-op present Fermentation Show and Tell. The event features fermentation professionals and allows food fermenters to gather, share, and learn from one another. The gathering includes Sarah Archer, who sells a variety of kimchi, sauerkraut and seasonal pickles at local tailgate markets; Meredith Leigh, a fermenter of vegetables and an author; and Meg Chamberlain, who owns Fermenti Foods in Asheville.
