Gentle Flow Yoga

An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Thursday, repeating until March 31, 2020
This yoga class introduces the basic yoga poses, and participants will learn how to connect their breath while following an easy yoga sequence that will leave them feeling relaxed and more connected to their body. The class is for ages 18 and older. Call or go online for more information.
