Holiday Envelope Lettering

Just in time to start addressing those holiday cards, join guest instructor Karlie Altherr of Lighthouse Paper Co. for a fun afternoon learning how to design your own envelopes. In this workshop, she will provide you with an introduction to creative hand-lettering. You’ll learn about basic lettering supplies, three different lettering styles, working with a grid, addressing an envelope with style, and adding ornamentation to fit a theme. After this two-hour workshop, you’ll have the confidence and skills to not only create gorgeous envelopes for your holiday cards, but for birthdays, thank you notes, and even elegant invitations of your own. Each participant brings home a lettering supply kit.
