Introduction to Hand Building

The Transylvania Community Arts Council will host a course on pottery hand building for beginners. The class will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am – 12:30pm on Jan. 8, 10, 15, 17. These four classes will come with instruction by Philippa Hackett and include three self- practice sessions at Open Studio Time. The cost for four classes and three practice sessions is $240 plus clay. A bag of 25-pound clay is $20. Register by calling 828-884-2787.
