Koji in Every Kitchen

Koji is a mold that the Japanese have cultivated and use for centuries to produce foods that are probably familiar to you, such as sake, soy sauce, rice vinegar and miso. Living Web Farms hosts a workshop that explores the many applications of koji in cooking and how to use it in your home kitchen. Participants will view a koji incubator, taste koji products, and take home some koji spores.
