Light Weights 4 Seniors

An event every week that begins at 12:00 am on Monday and Thursday, repeating until March 31, 2018
This class uses light weights from half-pound to 3 pounds on the wrists and ankles and medicine balls from 1 to 3 pounds. There is a warm up, light weights, medicine ball sequence and muscle stretching. Classes are Mondays from 1:30-2:45pm and Thursdays from 11:45am-1pm. Call 910-308-8982 to register. The cost varies.
