Mushroom Log Inoculation Class

Greg Carter of Deep Woods Mushroom will be offering a mushroom inoculation class at FENCE. Each participant will learn the process of log inoculation using shiitake mushrooms and each will take home a mushroom log. Call FENCE to register for this class at 828-859-9021. Space is limited. Pre-registration is required. This class is being offered at no cost thanks to the Kirby Endowment at the Polk County Community Foundation.
