An event every month that begins at 8:30 am on day Fourth of the month, repeating until May 27, 2020
Students are guided through restorative yoga poses using props and bolsters while practicing restorative and grounding breath work. No experience is required. The class is for individuals 14 and up. Weather permitting, the classes will be outside. Dress comfortably and bring water. You may bring your own yoga mat. Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 48 hours prior to class, and class size is limited to 15.
