A rummage and plant sale will be held in September at the Botanical Gardens of Asheville. People are asked to clean out their attics and offer donations of rummage sale items. Donations will be accepted before Sept. 5. All proceeds benefit the gardens. Garden tools and books are good sellers. The only thing the rummage sale does not accept is clothing.
