Summer Squash-arama

Mills River Farmers Market features a summer squash-arama, a festival dedicated to summer squash. There will be recipes, samples, cooking demonstrations, squash tasting, and more to celebrate summer’s most prolific vegetable. Enter your own squash in the giant squash contest. The winner gets $10 in market tokens. Tommy Burton will provide the music. The market is located at Mills River Elementary School.
