Tai Chi 73 Form – Sun Style

This style of tai chi places emphasis on Qigong, an exercise designed to cultivate vital life energy. The 73 form is characterized by agile steps with smoothing and flowing movements like water in a river. The class will consist of warmup exercises followed by the 73 form. Students may join the class at any time.
