Tortilla Making

Kelley Wilkinson, who lived in a 450-year-old hacienda in Mexico for 10 years and became steeped in the culture of corn, will lead a workshop on tortilla making. She will cover nixtamalization, drying, grinding, mixing and the cooking of handmade tortillas. The cost is $10. Go online to register.
