Yoga, Wine, Repeat

“Yoga is not as accessible as it should be,” says Keri Ann VanLandingham, owner of Unearthed Yoga Studio in Hendersonville and an employee of St. Paul Mountain Vineyards. This month, VanLandingham will host her “Flow & Wine” event for all skill levels twice a week at the Henderson County wine venue (blocks and straps are provided). “I want to interact with people who are intimidated by yoga or simply haven’t been introduced to it,” says VanLandingham. “Participants can stay to have a glass after if they would like, and we will dive into the wine, as well … I hope that we can gather together to grow and love as a community.”
